Thank you for visiting the website of Bethel United Methodist Church. We are located at 63 W. Main St. in downtown Mascoutah, Illinois. We have two worship services on Sunday morning - a contemporary service at 8:45am and a traditional service at 10:15am. We would be honored to have you join us some Sunday to worship the Lord of the Universe, Jesus Christ.

When you visit Bethel you will find a small, growing, and vibrant community of believers who really care about God's Word and other human beings. While there are many wonderful large churches in the Metro East area, more and more people are finding that they enjoy the more intimate worship setting that Bethel provides, as well as the fact that when they come they are not lost in the crowd.

**Kids Community Bible Study is to hold an after-school Bible Study for children at Mascoutah Elementary School, grades 1-6 for 1.5 hours on Thursdays beginning Sept 2nd.  Signups prior--contact Jill Waldis for more info or the church office at 566-2989

 **Lawn Mowing--Sign up to mow the lawn at the church yard occasionally this summer.  The sign up sheet is on the bulletin board in Fellowship Hall. 

Dear friends, the parking lot located on the north side of our church is full on most Sundays. If you are visiting, you will find a couple of spots reserved for you closer to the entryway on the north side. Also, there is always extra parking available at the First Federal Bank just across from the church on the west side.
